MEDICAL CASE STUDY: HEALTHQUARTERS
BH Design Group was the first to execute a location for HealthQuarters - a new-to-market concept which blends primary care OB/GYN and other clinical practices (Mount Sinai),with dental, optical and a host of wellness practices. Set in a 14,000 sqft Landmarked building in New York’s NoHo district, required the execution of medical exam rooms, dental operatories, physical therapy facilities and high end optical retail (amongst others) - all under one roof. This 16 week project, was executed in less than 10 weeks - with virtually no change orders.
RETAIL CASE STUDY: CLOSTER PLAZA
From pre-construction to closeout, BH Design Group has provided our depth of experience, infrastructure, and staff to real estate development groups such as EDENS. Using proprietary estimating tools and databases, our experienced team of estimators collaborates with the project team in the development of early, accurate budgets, schedule, and constructability assessments. Our base building work at Closter Plaza in Closter, New Jersey, involved execution for major brands such as Starbucks, Target, Chipotle, Whole Foods and Massage Envy
MEDICAL: ARTIFICIAL KIDNEY CENTER
With complex infrastructural needs and demanding schedules, our medical projects require carefully managed budgets and tightly managed supervision. Leveraging our expertise in high-performance HVAC systems, medical and dental equipment installation and operational requirements - BH Design Group has executed a range of medical facilities, including large-scale kidney dialysis centers to new-to-market retail healthcare flagships. We don't simply adhere to the highest standards in the industry for quality, safety and efficiency - we set them.

EDUCATION: PACE UNIVERSITY CASE STUDY
Throughout the years BH Design Group has completed multiple projects for Pace University - demonstrating time and again our ability to deliver the highest quality within the established schedules. Staff and students have been delighted upon their return to campus in the Fall, after our completion of auditoriums, work spaces and classrooms. We pride ourselves in the establishment of long-term relationships with institutional organizations and brands such as Pace, and work to become a go-to resource for their construction and renovation needs.
